Does your team have the ingredients it needs to be successful? To find out, you need to ask yourself if your team knows how to PLAY!
Over the next four posts, I'm going to break down the four key values of every great team and why each value builds on the next to make the whole thing work.
PLAY is an acrostic that stands for:
1) Positivity
2) Love
3) Accountability
4) Yearning
These four values are really four pillars that establish a great team culture. Frankly, these are the same four pillars that create great companies.
In each of the following four posts, I'll break down each value, the individual power of each, and the collective power of how they work together and build upon each other.
A solid foundation is the best way to start fast. Even if your team or company doesn't model these four key values, you should! It'll pay off and help you start fast in your career.
Who knows? Maybe those around you will see how well it works and these values will spread like a good virus.
